Quick Board
Neurocognitive tech that tracks reaction, agility and coordination
Quick Board combines an assessment of agility, speed and neurocognitive reflexes.
The Quick Board is another example of how technology can help you improve the way you move, rehab faster and increase performance. Whether you are a high school/college athlete, weekend warrior or someone who enjoys challenging themselves, the Quick Board can help. The Quick Board provides physical and neurological training to improve functional performance in athletes and other patients with concussion, vestibular or neurological challenges.

The use of visual stimulus in return to sport or neurological rehabilitation is challenging. Until now, there were very few ways to accomplish this type of progression in coordination required for sport. The unique design of the Quick Board uses a visual display on an iPad while performing the correct movements on the wireless sensor board. This has been shown to increase reaction time, speed, quickness, stability, coordination, balance and proprioception (awareness of body position and movement). These metrics are critical to performance. Training on the Quick Board also plays a role in preventing injuries and speeding up recovery.

The Quick Board is the only visual training technology that has been scientifically proven to significantly improve agility and balance. Through research, development and evidence-based practice, the Quick Board was designed to increase athletic performance. Each athlete is put through customized workouts based on their individual needs and agility scores. Athletes and patients can see real-time feedback on how they are progressing and challenge themselves to get better.
